1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and engaging the services of CyneForm Group, you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between the client and CyneForm Group, an execution partner based in Nairobi, Kenya. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of our services immediately.
2. Services
CyneForm Group operates as a high-ticket, strategic execution partner. Given the unique and complex nature of each partnership, services are provided on a custom-priced basis. All scopes of work, deliverables, and timelines will be explicitly outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW), which shall be governed by these master terms.
3. Intellectual Property
Full ownership of all strategic deliverables is transferred to the client upon receipt of final, full payment. Until such time, CyneForm Group retains all rights to materials created during the partnership.
4. Confidentiality
As a strategic partner, we operate with extreme discretion. All internal client data, business strategies, and private communications remain strictly confidential under our non-disclosure commitment.
5. Limitation of Liability
CyneForm Group focuses on high-level strategic execution. We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the implementation of advised strategies. Our total liability is strictly capped at the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
